Directed and vfx supervised for award-winning deadmau5 videos and Metallica’s IMAX feature. These key points in my journey inspired me and fuelled my passion for personal music projects.
Visuals
Over two decades crafting visual effects for cinemas grand stage, iconic television shows and commercials.
Notable works include Marvel Studios: The Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy to Kung Fu Panda by DreamWorks Animation.
Coding
From years of crafting tools for delivering cutting edge VFX, I was inspired to use proficiencies in writing code to build tools for every creative avenue I explored. Music, being so close to heart, was naturally my next focus.
BIO
I’ve spent over 20 years working in visual effects on feature films — with credits on titles like Avengers, Black Panther, and Kung Fu Panda. I started as a generalist, then specialising in lighting, FX, and compositing. Eventually I moved into supervision roles, leading teams as a CG, DFX, and VFX Supervisor.
Alongside film work, I’ve always been drawn to workflows and tools — building pipelines and coding solutions that make creativity faster, smoother, and more fun. At one point, I developed a 3D asset conversion system for a commercial pipeline, bridging over a dozen different software formats and renderers.
The through-line in everything I’ve done — from VFX to coding to music — has always been creative expression, and the joy of shaping something from nothing.
These days, I’m exploring that same spirit in new ways — making tools that invite spontaneity, support artistic flow, and let people create on their own terms. Muser Studio, a mobile app for layered video performance, is part of that path.
