  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Why do FAQs matter?
    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • My session just crashed! What should I do?
    Well this is awkward, but also a vital part of making sortware better. If you know what a crash log text file is, or saw some crash information, it would be awesome if you could send the contents over. You can do this via the support page. This will make it easier for me to track down what's going wrong and fix it in a future update. Sharing a list of things you were doing just before the crash very likely will provide helpful clues too. Also, something to consider is joining the Discord server and reaching out there. I'm online there pretty often and it would be great to help work through any issues.
  • Windows installer gave me virus and unknown publisher warnings
    Don't worry! The installer is safe but currently not code-signed, which will likely trigger a false positive in your virus checker. The process of obtaining the necessary code signing credentials is underway. In the meantime, please don't be alarmed by the alerts.
  • Windows installer causes UAC warning pop-ups
    When installing you may see warnings such as this: As long as you obtained the installer from this site don't worry! It is safe to click yes! This will allow the installer to copy the relevant files to the correct locations. On Windows, you can re-run the installer if you wish to uninstall the plug-in. Just remember to close any applications that may be using the plug-in before doing so.
  • How do I clear the buffer a.k.a. delete my recording?
    If you have made a recording, or imported audio, and wish to get rid of it, simply click the "Trash" button on the upper right of the centre console.
